486000 seems like a pretty big raise to be opening with.

i think the slightly larger raise looks a bit like a mid pp. i think 3X is way better and easier to get away from. but in a bubble, i fold to the push i think .

you're boned
p.s. raising 4xBB with any hand at this point is bad

Q for nath, why is raising 4bbs bad, is it the stack sizes?

HOH suggests to raise about 3-5bb, and he tends to raise a bit more with the weaker hands that dont play well, ie jacks

I quite liked his 4bb raise, it says your serious, and the rr can only mean you are crushed, or ak. Either way, i fold

Raising UTG at this stage should be enough to suggest you're serious. 3BB raise UTG looks as scary or possibly scarier than 4BB. If you have KK or AA are you going to raise 4BBs? Ever? Doubt it. IMO it's just throwing away more chips in the instance that you run into a monster, such as it looks like happened here.

Yeah as soon as he reraised I realized raising 4xbb was huge mistakee to put that many chips out there, do you think a 2.5x BB raise is good here given the size of blinds?
