Wow, after reading this thread, I'm almost happy that I only have 1K in there. Ok, now merely annoyed, I sympathise with those of you that have much more, because it is probably a much larger percentage of your entire financial picture.

On the other hand, with the non-US money that is in neteller, and the sample of funds that are represented here, you almost have to have a little hope, that neteller has enough resources to handle this eventually, and that their current problem is just a problem of liquidity. I know that if I was running a company where you where holding a lot of money, and it seemed unlikely that you were going to need it in the short term, I would have invested the bulk of my funds in short term paper, so that I could capture a little extra return on my holdings. If that is true, I would expect that their liquidity would improve every month, maybe starting next month, because they probably are in a situation where they have negative liquidity right now, and are paying net interest on money that has been moved out of their site.

$11,520.49 in pending EFTs. Fortunately, I already have most of the money I have made playing poker, but this is still a big chunk. The part that hurts the most is that I make $8 an hour at work. What a [censored] waste it's going to feel like going to work for almost nothing.

The worst part was that for the past 4 or so months, I have hardly played any poker. In other words, there was really no reason for me to have my funds in my neteller account rather than my checking account.

I guess I'll be taking suggestions on the best way to kill myself.

well theres lots of ways to go whats the most appealing
i could tie a rope around my neck and swing from the ceiling
i could take a bunch of pills and get real cold
i could take a bath with the radio on

i could take my gun and shoot off the back of my head
light up a cigarette and take it to bed
yeah that cig in the bed thing sounds good
but i don't want to burn down the whole damn neighborhood

well i could hold my breath til my face turns blue
but there's gotta be something easier to do
what if i snuck a bit of air and can't keep up with it
gotta be a better way to punch my ticket

i could jump into the river, my maker i'd meet
but i'd have to wait a half hour til after i eat
cuz what if i'm cramping up and i start to drown
and i figure out there's a better way around

i like to die
i like to die
i like to die
but i gotta know
whats the best, the best way to go

3500 and change in two EFTs. That money represents almost everything I have to my name. Right before the chit hit the fan I went on a fantastic streak, but obviously it was a little too late to avoid this crappy situation.

I for one though am 100% confident we will get our money back. The money is there, but Neteller can't pay it out right now. What worries me though is how long this might take. Like many of you I'm sure, I need the money NOW, not in 3 months.

Our government blows...

$0. Refused to use them. I only use FDIC banks.
