Full Tilt : no withdrawal, no bonus?

So i completed a RAF bonus for $100 about 5-6 days ago. Full Tilt said I should receive bonus within 48 hours, nothing yet, I e-mailed them, they didn't respond. Then I tried to withdrawal just $50 out of my account yesterday, and it queued, but then today, it was back in my account, and failed to withdrawal.

I'm a little worried.

Am I overreacting? is there no problem?

I'm not an FTP hater, so don't take this wrong.

But, in every experience that I have had with FTP they have screwed it up the first time. Then, after numerous emails and what have you they get it right.

*For the record, I play there and will continue to play there.
