Default Are sites OK with Poker Tracker use?

I have just downloaded the free trial version of Poker Tracker and am thinking of purchasing the full product. My question is: Are online poker sites OK with people using PT? I ask this cos I don't want to be hit with a "You can't withdraw funds cos you have been using banned software" wrap.
I know this sounds newbish cos I know PT is popular but I just wanna be re-assured.
Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure that PokerTracker has been explicitly approved at all sites with which it is compatible. So no worries.

Can Poker Tracker keep stats on how long your money is frozen at NETeller?
