Toronto Renters Like to Share a Lease?

I would like to pay an agreed upon sum to be on someone's lease in Toronto.

I'm new to Toronto and need to establish an address to receive a special gift from an old friend. Just like to set something up quick and I don't plan on being around your place much - at all [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Don't even expect any mail and I could set up a forwarding system to my address in Toronto.

Need someone reliable, financially stable, an established 2 + 2 presence. My name would be on the lease so I don't want you to bail out on payments.

I can't see any risks for you. I have plenty of documents to prove who I am and have been around for a while, but for many obvious reasons would like to retain a low profile here until a deal is worked out. (Hence the new account - first post.)

Please give me the benefit of the doubt here. Many people are in my position. I have a bank account, temporary driver's license, address and phone all linked to Toronto this week and I need to complete this final piece of the puzzle.

Also could be possibility for me to pick up the utility bill and put it in my name as a way for me to pay "rent"
