Best way to get big money off debit/pre-paid card
Assume you had a card with $5,000 to $10,000 on it. What's the cheapest way to get the cash in hand? Are there any high limit/transaction ATMs and where are they located? Any other options?

Several casinos in LV have $3000 a pop limits.

Harrah's owned casinos are $4.99 per withdrawal. Flamingo and Caesar's both had this limit. Make sure you can withdraw cash off the cards though, sometimes you can't.
