Against this opponent I think bet/calling the turn would be really bad. Bet folding and checking are the only two viable options IMO.

As for the river, the raise seems pretty bad to me for a few reasons. It's hard to explain for this type of player, but basically the way the hand went down it seems more likely to me that she'll have a queen than a ten when she bets the river. Very thin value raises aren't usually a good idea against basically passive players who tend to have a good hand when they're betting.
