I withdraw from Absolute Poker ($7k) and put my money in neteller about 3 weeks ago. NH, game over!

You should get it back eventually. I think Neteller is just holding US citizens' money hostage as leverage in working out some kind of deal with the feds. But it's not like they are a bankrupt company- they apparently have the money, it's just a matter of getting through all the legal bs to be able to send it.
