I transferred a bit of money for someone, <$300, and I didnt get my account locked.
Ive also cleared out my neteller account to Stars until this 10bet thing is resolved. |

last night, I only did p2p but did not withdraw any of the money and now the account is locked with all my money in there.

I took it to mean that you would take money via Member - Member then transfer it to them at Stars. Is that what you were doing - because that would explain it. |
