I havent paid much attention to him before this but did see him mini-raise UTG with K9x, play it agressively and make 2 pair on the river to beat a pair of Aces.

Should I reraise pre-flop?

Or just call and hope to hit the flop?

Should I bet the flop?

Should I fold to his CB on the flop?

A big re-raise pre-flop might have worked, but are you willing to felt with JJ? As much as I'd like to play this guy with your read of him, I don't think this is the place to do it.
