All,

So delicious looking. I voted for the first two, they just seemed a little bit yummier!

lp - does that taste just like regular cheesecake?

Pivot and Sam,

I have basically the same comments for both of you. Your dishes look great and perfectly executed. I'm sure they were very yummy. However, I saw Julia Child make crepes suzette on TV 15 years ago. Souffles, while difficult to make properly, are a very standard restaurant dish. Just because you added the secret ingredient to it doesn't mean there was any creativity involved. If I want to make a souffle or crepes suzette, I can just look up the basic recipe in my Pro Chef book, and add whatever other flavors I want. If you've developed the skills to make these things perfectly, why not use those skills to invent something of your own?

Mrs. U,

I love how there's several layers of flavor and texture. And as always, an exquisite presentation. I guess you get some demerits for store bought ice cream. But I used store bought marzipan, so whatever.

Nice to see you've been unbanned! All those PMs, that was getting ridiculous.

Mermade,

Where did you get that ice cream maker ball? I want one!

This was really close between Pivot, Sam and Mrs. Utah. GEE IT WOULD'VE BEEN NICE TO HAVE 3 VOTES

I voted for Sam as the crepes and the orange chocolate mousse looked like what I wanted to eat the most right now.

Mermade,

I love your brioche/marmalade dish. The brioche looks so awesome, and the fresh marmalade would highlight the fresh citrus like nothing else. Really a smart and tasty looking dish!

The Crepes, though a classic recipe as ron mentioned, definitely look like the tastiest dish. I dig the mandarin julius because its something i have at least a 50% chance of making after reading this thread (even if I just do it with oranges).

Mrs Utah, if you ever want a 21 year old toy boy lover because you grow old of Mr Utahs antics, I am your man. You just have to cook for me once a week

Ron, definitely the most creative dish (as usual?), impressive work. And everyone else, well done too, it all looked tasty, just commenting on what popped out for me.

Ron--I got my ice cream ball as a gift; but if you do a google search for ice cream ball, then you are in business. It looks like they are sold by a number of suppliers for prices ranging between $20-$30. There are a variety of colors too.
