2/5 At The Venetian
I've only been at the table an hour or so. The game has been quite tough so far, with 4 or 5 good plaeyrs at the table. The villain in this hand is an older Asian gentleman, most certainly the value at the table. Effective stacks for this hand are 1500. I'd probably be seen as nittish by most. I'm not sure if this guy would think anything of table image.
Villain limps UTG. His limping range is huge, any 2 suited cards, any 2 broadways, connectors, pocket pairs etc. A few more limpers and a guy makes it 15 to play. 2 callers and I make it 75 from the SB with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Only the loose UTG guy calls. Flop (210) Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I lead for 180. He makes it 360. I call. Turn (930) K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] He shoves for 1k. Call or fold? |

Re: 2/5 At The Venetian
Fold. You don't have odds to call if behind, and if he is so bad that you have any chance of being ahead here, you should have reraised flop.

Re: 2/5 At The Venetian

That's gross; you need to fold, though.

I'm a big station so I called. He showed QTo, no clubs and MHWG when the king paired on the river.
