Re: Forever 17 or 21
For the normal person, 21 is the easy choice. 21 has many more advantages.
However, I had much more fun in high school than I did in college. I should not have gone to such a 'preppy' university. It killed me a little bit inside each day. |

a better question would be 17 or 34, but then most of us wouldnt be able to answer it [/ QUOTE ] 34 FTW. I stilled looked mid-20's and there will always be plenty of fine 25-35 year old ladies running around. 17 year old girls know very little about sex. 24-35 year old women know everything. Another drawback would be having a bunch of 17 year old guys as your 'crew.' This would get old after about 2.4867867 minutes. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] So humor me and tell what the advantages of 17 are. [/ QUOTE ] We came up of a lot of things. Among them are: The ability to bang underage girls without getting thrown in jail. The ability to be tried as a minor in court. [/ QUOTE ] Lol. You could still get thrown into juve hall. Do you honestly think that the benefits of being able to commit petty crime would be greater than the huge benefits of being 21? [/ QUOTE ] Isn't a common punishment being sent to juvenile hall until you are 18? Forever stuck at 17 = life in "prison"? |

Re: Forever 17 or 21
21, although 25 is the perfect age. Cheap car insurance, you can hit on both 30's women without them feeling weird, and you can still hit the occasional 19 year old without being too sketchy.
34 FTW over 17 |

Im not there yet tho so I guess I cant say for sure. I think it would be interesting to see how many people still in college would pick 17 over 34 tho, I would guess most. Ive been meaning to start a thread about aging and my thoughts on it, but I figure im still too young so it would be retarded. But part of the reason is Id like to get the thoughts on the older group |

Re: Forever 17 or 21
Would you rather be able to have the mind or body of the 25 year old you for the rest of your life?

Re: Forever 17 or 21

Would you rather be able to have the mind or body of the 25 year old you for the rest of your life? [/ QUOTE ] Wow, that blows my mind. I think it depends on how you consider brain matter part of your "body" - that is, would I still be susceptible to Alzheimer's or senility if I chose to keep the body of a 25 year old? If my mental skills didn't suffer, the 25 year old body is obviously the way to go. If my mental skills deteriorate, I still may take the 25 year old body. Once I'm senile, it doesn't really matter any more where I am, so I'll take the 60+ years of youthful body when I can still think. |
