Poker rooms dying out.
I was reading another thread where they think right now we are in a boom and it will die out in a year or so. Some of it being the regulation of government. Someone even went as far as saying the WSOP main event will dwindle to 1000 people again. I disagree because with the regulation what will eventually happen is Vegas Casino's opening their own online poker rooms. Therefore the boom will still be around and still get the 8000 plus that are in the Main Event via satellite anyway. People love to gamble and since the pocket cam invention it is done deal. Poker is here to stay. It has been here since, well long long time. Come on now didn't you see your families playing poker growing up. Now it is just commmonplace and more open where anyone can do it all they have to do is buy in. You can't join a game with they Yankee's or Patriots just by buying in but you can come an sit next to Helmuth, or Matusow, or Doyle. All you need is the loot.
