I bet more on the flop. I always get confused with what to do in situations like this on the turn...

i play it almost the same exact way except im always raising to 5 or 6 pf behind two limpers and near potting the flop. prob check turn as well and im likely calling this river unless i knew villian was pretty tight, which appears to be the case here. this is a pretty terrible board for your hand especially since you raised too little preflop and allowed 33-88 and low suited connectors to make an easy call. i probably fold here.

Does anyone think the turn should go bet/fold?

I like the check behind better just because villain's fairly tight. I'd probably call the river though. This could be a value bet, but anyone else think he could be making this bet with a lower pp?

I probably puke and call, 25% because I think we are goot, 25% because I feel gross folding in spots like this, 50% for future information.

But reraise more preflop. You don't want to give those pp or suited connectors odds to draw.

I would call and hope that we are up against A8. He probably doesn't put us on a 7 because we checked behind, and I think he thinks that he is valuebetting. Villain is extremely passive, so I'm not really sure what he could be doing.

Preflop is fine.

Flop needs full pot. Turn is fine. I'd bail on river. Set mining donks. %^$&%$$#

I call the river. You could have induced a bluff or made him think his hand was best when it's not. I don't like the turn check. 40 hands stats doesn't tell me much either (some, but not much). I bet the turn, with the lead good chance he will check to you on river, NOW check behind.
