Default Bottom 2 on monotone board

Villian in the hand is a meh player, runs at about 30/12 or so. Hes not retarded but does overvalue his hands a little bit. I know preflop is iffy but the blinds had been passive so I had been stealing alot and this was no different.

Can I call this shove? Looking back it seems like slightly ahead or way behind. Thoughts?

pretty easy fold. You're either way behind his set/A7/A8, or his baby flush. Or, if he has AxKh/AxQh, you're even money.

I think PF is standard for me in that situation w/ a normal table/image. I think I fold to the shove here...at worst I would expect to see an A w/ big heart kicker. Everything else (A7/A8 777,888 hearts) kills us.

If the blind is passive this looks like an Ace with a big heart or 2 bigger pair. I think folding if standard here. What do you think about just calling the flop and reevaluating a non heart turn?

Look at villian's stack. You siad he over valued hands? He could be doing this with AK,AQ,AJ,AT

Meh too many scare cards can hit. I think making a decision on the flop is best.

Folderskates.

I think you're correct you're SA/WB - and I do believe this is a draw very very often - but still it just doesn't seem like a great spot.

I wouldn't have raised the flop if you were folding to a shove

i don't see him calling pf w/ T9o w/ a heart (or 3-betting the flop)so it's probably a fold since you're even money against Ax[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and crushed by everything else.

I usually don't call the shove.
