Just to update this and to be fair to FTP, this is the resolution:
"Hello Magnificent One, Thank you for your reply to Full Tilt Poker Customer Support. My name is Jilann; I responded to your previous email, and I'll be glad to assist you further. We have recently been made aware of an error which caused some players' Special Bonus status page to disappear. Oh great one , we certainly apologize for the kafuffle surrounding your Special Bonus! We have since corrected this error and your status page should now be restored. Looking into your Full Tilt Poker account, I see that you've earned the points necessary to release this bonus. You will receive your $100 Bonus as soon as possible. We are working hard to improve both the speed and efficiency of our systems, and we appreciate your patience with regards to this matter." I apologise for posting about it, but $100 is a buyin for me so was a bit pissed that they weren't doing anything about it. have a nice day all |
