[ QUOTE ]
on a 4:1? [/ QUOTE ] Yes, fold. You are about 9:1 to make the straight. Given the action I would be reluctant to count an A or K as outs. |

This is arguably the worst hand I've ever seen anyone play with AK.

This is arguably the worst hand I've ever seen anyone play with AK. [/ QUOTE ] He doesn't raise pre-flop. He DOES raise on the flop when he misses. He then cold calls a turn raise for a gutshot with a player yet to act behind him. It's very bad. |

Re: Who\'s to blame? Dealer or player?
Blame?
Dealer should have followed the action. Part of the job description. P1 should have called the raise instead of saying 'check'. P2 and Hero should have stopped the Dealer from burning/turning. What was P2 doing that he waited until the river was out and P1 bet before he said anything? And Hero? 6-7 other players at the table could have tried to stop the dealer. So nobody gets to throw stones. P1 can complain, but since he was the 'cause' of the problem, order him a towel. I would feel a bit more for him if it was another player who had not called. |
