Before we process this transfer, please keep in mind that the recipient
will have to play with the funds and will not simply be allowed to
cashout
to another method in order to get their funds out of NETeller.

We simply cannot cover all of the fees to allow for players to move
money
without playing at our tables with the funds being transferred.

Let me know if the recipient of your request is aware of this so that I
can proceed.

So what's the consensus here on why some ppls neteller accounts have been closed and others havent? How do I avoid mine getting closed whil keeping transferring?

I have no idea. I'm in Canada and my neteller is working fast without any problems so far. I was fully expecting it to be closed by now.
