STILL haven\'t gotten my Pinny check
I joined Pinacle the day before they closed to US residents, and didn't even place any bets before they announced their new policy. I tried to wire transfer the funds back, but they kept replying saying that the funds had not cleared yet, and I had to wait 10 days (checking my bank account, I could see that the funds had cleared my account after 2 days or so.) Anyway, by the time 10 days came around, I no longer had a wire transfer as a cash-out option, so I asked for them to mail a check instead. I received the standard(?) email that they usually process these within a day. That was Jan 21. I emailed them a week later and they replied to say that they are experiencing large volume lately, and checks are taking longer than expected. Is anyone else having these problems? I'm really frustrated by the timing of this whole thing.

I had requested a check on the 10th (the day before they closed) and it's not here yet. I don't think we can expect them for another couple of weeks at least. Wasn't their original estimate 4-6 weeks for paper checks?

their official stance right now is that they've sent the requests and the bank is trying to process them.
i wish i had inquired about this before i requested a paper check. wire transfer is looking so +ev right now.

just received an email saying my check was mailed. i only requested my cashout a week ago or so, so this should be good news for those who were ahead of me in line.
if you've still been waiting a month for yours, i welcome the flaming i'm about to get.
