Getting max value when you flop a monster
Semihypothetical question and maybe not that important in the long run but I'm curious.
0.25/0.50, 10-handed, you get KK in the pocket and raise PF from MP. You get a couple of loose coldcallers and 1 TAG calls your raise from EP. Flop comes KKJ and it's checked to you. What do you do to get paid? |

Check, donk turn. Board is crippled. Hope someone finds something on the turn.

Re: Getting max value when you flop a monster
Pray to God someone has a J and then gets another one on the turn!
Not many hands are going to be interested with that board. I really wouldn't worry about the BIG monster hands- they're not going to be your money earners, by a long way. |

Re: Getting max value when you flop a monster
bet the flop, but watch the action and make sure that you dont go too crazy and cut off any of your action.
