No, it is their fault. When this UIGEA bill passed they knew that this was a possible scenario. Cutting them off from the rest of the financial processing world was exactly what the bill was aimed at accomplishing. The fact that they spent the last 3 months issuing press releases about how unaffected they were by the law and not having a plan in place for a worst case scenario is their fault.

I think everyone is pissed and rightly so, but do we really know enough to start making the accusations and using the words "should" and the like? Maybe, but I know I don't. But then again my money also isnt in there.

That said, I've dealt with the foreign 'customer support' people before. It really is infuriating to here them indirectly tell you your totally [censored]. That conversation you posted is a perfect example, and it just kind of leaves you speechless at how... [every word that belongs here] ... it is.

The reason there aren't more people making furios posts and freaking out on the forums is that it doesnt help.
