You don't really need too much FE against an overpair since you have like 45% equity. I think this is probably the only way to play this.

I still don't think everyone gets it (or maybe it's just me; if so, say so).
We're essentially a coinflip against an overpair (which I think is clearly villain's most likely holding, and I think you all agree). There's $80 ALREADY IN THE POT, so we're sure as hell not folding in a million years. If the turn's a card we like, it's hard to get paid; if the turn's a blank, we have to fold to a shove, so clearly calling is badbadbadbadbad. The only option left is raising. It's not even really close. At all. |
