it is most likely a bank error and it can take them a while to find out. Probably an error in a business deposit/ transfer which can take a while to notice ( happens more then you'd think). So obv withdraw and move to mexico ASAP.

it came from somewhere, and if ur sure it isnt urs then chances are they will eventually track it down and take it back...

how can u not be sure???

If you have already paid your taxes i'm guessing you might have been paying quarterly? Aren't you entitled to a tax refund in some cases if you pay quarterly?

I suggest getting something that retains its value so in case they want the 35k back it won't be that bad. Put it in a brokerage account or down payment on some property or an all platinum watch etc. depending on how liquid (or illiquid- is this a word?) you can afford.

The only thing worse than blowing the money on something with no value like gambooling or hookahs is NOT doing anything soon. Get something useful now when you have the chance and post pics on BBV. Thanks and enjoy!
