Pending transaction in Neteller

Same thing is happening ot me. I have almost 6k pending from a transfer on 1/20 and i cant cancel it online. Unfortunately for me i NEED that $. 6k is about a months work for me. I had previously made a small withdraw on 1/14 that went through just fine. I had just assumed my last withdrawal went through until i check my bank account and saw a negative balance. I ahve sent several emails and just gotten a form letter response. I will be calling tonight though, and i will be very rude. I will try to talk to some sort of manager, and let you guys know what happens.

btw, you'll get immediately disconnected if you try to go through customer service.
I went through security and got someone fairly quickly, though they did deny my request.

If they deny my request i will go apeshit and probably contact my lawyer. Not that i think he will be able to do much at this point, but he is a close friend of mine and would probably look into this for free.

Well, it finally worked.
Contacted the 3rd dude today, he was real cool and didn't BS me at all. Half a minute later I have 2k in my neteller again.
Persistance is the key I guess.

I still have $800 in a EFT withdrawl "pending". Am I dumb for thinking this EFT will ever go through, or should I go ahead and cancel and look for other means of withdrawl?

Cancel the EFT and get it out another way.

45 minute hold, cancelled whithin 5 hours of requesting it.

I just called and canceled pending EFT from jan 17, took about 10 min total and money was back in my account while on phone with VIP rep.

Because by doing so you can get your money out (peer to peer transfer on Neteller -> deposit into your poker accounts). The reputable online financial institution Neteller will be more than happy to assist you because they will get a cut of your money, twice.
