They said the state was preventing New Yorkers from accessing online gambling sites. Since no one has posted this yet, it makes me think maybe the APCW was wrong?

I have not watched the video but I would think that if this were true then there would be messages about it all over these boards.

I live in NY, I am able to access every major gambling website and connect to all those that I have accounts with.
