My Flop bet looks like a c-bet, so I checked T to get worse hands to bet and also control the pot size.

To be honest, I am also playing a little scared as I have been getting hammered on another table and gotten stacked several times in a short period of time due to some horrendous beats.

1) As played, do you block the River or c/c?

2) Is b/f on the Turn a better line? If so, what is the plan for the River?
