Neteller Account Balance is Zero, Any Worth in Keeping it Active?
Since my funds in Neteller are now zero, and I'm an American citizen, can anyone find any reason to keep the account active/open?
My plan is to just close the account as it is linked to my main checking account at Wells Fargo. I only used it for poker sites & wouldn't use it for other online merchants. However, before I finalized this I thought I'd post & see if anyone has any valid reasons to keep a Neteller account as a U.S citizen. |

Why would you not keep it?

You can't close a Neteller account, at least that was what they told me. It led to UB transferring $700 to a Neteller account with my name on it that I couldn't log into. They say they have to keep them open for "security reasons."

Start logging in from foreign IP's. That should take care of it. [/ QUOTE ] Actually you can just call them once you get suspended and they will disable IP checking. |

In the coming weeks and months, as US accounts are emptied, never to be visited again, there will be fewer and fewer entries into the weekly, bi-weekly and monthly drawings, drastically increasing your chances of winning. Then it's simply a matter of withdrawing your winnings with an EFT to your bank .... er .... wire transfer .... er .... paper check .... er .... Neteller ATM card withdrawal. Ahhhhh, fahgeddaboudit .... your account's a worthless piece of crap now. |
