I just finished getting $1000 off NT into my Stars account with the help of 4thstreetpete. Start to finish was about 35 minutes with the longest wait being for Stars to credit my account after 4thstreetpete transfered the funds from his account to mine. Another trustworthy 2+2'er.

My wife and I are sitting here talking about what's going on in this thread and shaking our heads in amazement. I mean, what we're all doing here flies in the face of everything we've all learned about using the Internet. The fact that dozens of us are trusting some serious cash to absolutely total strangers would be mind-boggling to an outsider. Hell, it's mind-boggling to me. The fact that dozens of transfers amounting to probably over $100,000 have gone through on nothing more than another community member's endorsement speaks volumes about the poker community here at 2+2.

Just wanted to get that out there. You may now continue with your regularly scheduled thread.

Definately true. I transferred 3K - NT to Stars - through Twisted Echo (he's from England!). Trusting that much money to someone I dont know IRL but recognize from an internet poker forum is mind blowing. Certainly something an outsider would not understand. Definately says something about the solid community we have built here.

transfer finally went through, almost 3 hours later.

thats it for tonight - i dunno whats more exhausting, actually trusting your cash with someone else or being the person who is trusted with it

I think the latter in this case, thanks to the Jack and Coke!

I highly recommend WhatDoesCAllMean if he takes on the stress of more transfers.
He was quick with the transfers on his end, and also quick to respond to all pm's.

Thank you, WhatDoesCAllMean , for the service.
I hope you get to sleep in late today!
