Default What am I shoving here? (4x raise)

I have never seen a 4x raise from villain up to this point. Villain has 3x raised the last 2 pots, and folded both postflop. This is a 10/180.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (7 handed) internettexasholdem.com

MP1 (t1787)
MP2 (t2240)
CO (t2335)
Hero (t1865)
SB (t940)
BB (t1293)
UTG (t1275)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to t400</font>... Hero folds on the button.

I was hesitant to drop his range any lower than AJ. Thoughts on his range? Is there ever FE here?

The raise in relatively late position. I think AQs is not behind his range and I push.

Terrible fold. Easy shove. You're not calling 1/4 of your stack here, and raising anything but pushing makes no sense.

Early on, AQs is way ahead of his range, or at least a flippament.
