Casino Rewards - Bonus Banned - How Much To Get UnBanned?

I got bonus banned from Casino Rewards. I played a number of them over 3 months. When I got bonus banned I has a 2 small bonuses in points and 1 for $120 in points that I hadn't claimed.

Anybody know how much I would need to deposit and how much to play (games?) before getting access to those bonuses again? Should it be on a new casino or one I have played before ( I still have $100 and have a played a little on one casino).
