Problem with UB deposit

I made a $500 deposit 3 days ago to UB for their 10% up to $50 tournament dollars promotion via epassporte. My funds haven't appeared in my account, are inaccessible on epassporte, and I've emailed UB support twice and haven't received any response.

Anyone else having this problem?
