Default AA deep and somewhat lost - how is my line?

Alright.. the story here is that I don't get to play much lately but went on a good run at this table sitting in position vs a 70/4 player (Button). UTG seemed to be a solid TAG.. running 19.5/13 over 169 hands.

Ok I haven't been in this situation much before.. but I found the stack sizes here to be awkward. Is checking the turn correct here?

Does a sane villain ever take this line with KK?

Thanks for the input guys.

on turn all you beat is AQ and KQ would villain play this hand this way with 45s, since it did make nuts on turn and raise looks like a value one to me

I hate when I get that ugly feeling in my gut but don't listen to it. Perhaps I'm an ATM deep stacked OOP.
