i would call this on the river. I would probably bet the turn here also, especially if your image is decent.

easy shove on turn. he'll probably fold, or call with a worse hand, and you have mad outs if he happens to be ahead.
and this is a questionable preflop raise unless UTG has a habit of limp-folding. |

bet turn. you seem to be begging a call on the river...which is not something you want to be doing or it could work, if he thinks you're baiting him. |
