Default profit/rake ratio of sng\'s compared to cashgames

i have a roi of 7% on the 215$ sng's on a large samplesize
roughly the 15$ rake is also 7%
so my profit/rake ratio is roughly 1/1

i am lately experimenting with cashgames limit/ no-limit
but not a meaningfull database of hands to make some significant conclusions

ive a few questions

-whats the comparing no limit cashgame blind level compared to a 215$ sng
-whats the typical amount of BB/100 for a "typical winner" in that level
-and how much rake is paid in relation to that amount of BB/100 wich can be translated to a ratio

and how are the same questions related to a comparible limit cashgame?

regards pieter

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but here goes:

I've played 18,500 hands of 6 max ($1)NL.
I've made $1,846 which is 5.01 PTBB/100 hands.
They've raked $1,194.75.

profit/rake = 1846/1194 = 1.54 ~ 3/2 ratio

If you figure in the rakeback 25% * 1194 = 298

profit/rake = 2144/1194 = 1.79 ~ 9/5 ratio

I'm sure people have a higher BB/100 win rate.

$215 - recommended bankroll = about $20k

$5/10 NL - recommended bankroll = at least $20k (preferably more, but 20 buy-ins wouldn't be excessively low)

Try $3/$6 for a while to get into it.
