I think FTP needs to get a new team of software engineers. They would surely earn their money considering how much money the site loses every minute there down. Oh, that would be a smart move on their part, nevermind.

I flopped a set on an ace high board from the SB and as soon as I hit BET, it froze. GG FT

Does anyone know what happens when it freezes when it comes to cash games? I only had one hand going at the time. I went to vb the river and it froze up. What happens to the pot?

At Full Tilt Poker we strive to maintain a stable system, but sometimes downtime is unavoidable for routine maintenance or updates, and occasional unplanned outages.

If you're having trouble connecting to the Full Tilt Poker Client, check this area for updates on server status.

All systems are currently operational. Thanks for playing!

"Their policy is if the tourney is in the money, the payouts are according to the chip place at the time of the outage. Not in money, then everyone gets buyin back."

is that true ??? that's so dumb... so i was in two tourny's that weren't in the $ yet, means that FT only gives back buy in and POCKETS THE MONEY OF THE PEOPLE BUSTED???

that's so rediculous... anybody with info?

[/ QUOTE ]

Surely they give everyone a buy-in back, even those who busted prior to the system failure. I just started playing there so I can't be sure.

Also when you go to the support page (which loaded extemely slow) and check the sytem status it says "All systems are currently operational"

Good luck getting those hand histories sent to you. I've been trying to get them to send some hands that I was disconnected on for over a month and still getting the run-around.

What happens to the pot?

The hand is considered a misdeal. All the money in the pot is returned and it is as if the hand never happened.
