well that just it, before you deposit you have to realize that it will take the three weeks to get the money
or you could sell the online money to a friend for cash, jst transfer him the money through stars.

Get a grip. No way is Netteller going to rip anybody off. They are a well known world company with stockholders etc etc. They are not going to risk their world business by screwing the US players. It just happens to be bad timing on your part, although not your fault. You are only 22 so you haven't lived your life yet. Welcome to life.
