Default 25nl-PS-Turned Two pair

Villain is 65-5 He leads out on a lot of flops about 50% of the time. Pf raiser is 23-17. I think I made two mistakes on this hand- this looks like a good spot to make a 3bet pf. I made a smallish raise on the flop bc I was I little worried about what the pf raiser would do behind me. What line would you take? is this a clear turn shove?

What are you doing calling with KQ in the BB to a 23/17 CO raise? This is a fold.

Flop is OK, I'd call sometimes, raise more sometimes.

Turn we push. we can get called by draws and worse two pair. Raising more on the flop would make this more obvious, but here a raise commits us, so we might as well charge the draws instead of paying them off.

Ya sorry about that. I think it is an easy push on turn but I want suggestions on pf, and flop. The only problem is he is very LAP and doesn't make big bets(yes 3 into 10 is big for him)
