So I'm either a moron or a cheat? Nice to meet you too sir.

The sheer futility of this thread is all too apparent. I'm somewhat bewildered at some of the responses.

I have been judged guilty with zero proof, as stated earlier in this thread I was all too happy to divulge every facet of this case. I have kept all the e-mail correspondence with Doyle's room, I have all the Hand Histories I played, not just of the night in question, but of my entire play on this site. I didn't originally post for fear of tl;dr as it's probably close to 15 pages of information and I was hoping to garner some serious discussion first on the matter.

Can someone please provide a Link to any site or forum that takes situations such as mine seriously?

I sincerely hope no one faces the problems I did/am.

Good luck
Aaron.

I hope people do face the problems you did/are, because that means that sites are at least trying to find and deal with chip dumping.

Here's the thing:

There's no way you can prove that whatever you post is "everything". It's just your word that it's everything. You could very easily leave out things that Doyle's Room said that proved you were involved in dumping.

This kind of thing gets brought up all the time. Someone with no history claims the site robbed them. If it's a site that has a rep here, we usually end up with info that the poster omitted. If it's not the poster usually isn't clever enough to keep up his story as he's asked for more and more details. Sometimes, it's both.

If you want a place that will embrace your story and plight with no questions asked, I suggest the two following options:

www.google.com
www.anywherebuthere.com

What does the fact that I only have 2 posts have to do with anything? The friend that referred me has over 5000, is that good?

Look at the guys with thousands of posts: many of their "conributions" to this forum are:
lol
who cares
up yours
...

Not very high quality, I know -still some members think that lots of posts = credibility.

On the other hand it happens often than people reg only to post their whines here. No prob with that -but sometimes (too often) the "first post whine" is untruthful.

And you always get negative feedback postin here (wonder why I am doing this, heh).

Maybe OP could also provided proof that his friend did not use stolen creditcard / cancelled his deposit or what not.

It's still possible to chip dump for one reason or another when your deposits are legit but:

chip dump + legit deposit >>>>>>>> chip dump + stole credit card etc.

I hate to accuse, becuase once I was accused myself.
But this is how usuaaly chip dumong works.
someone deposits via fraudelent method {neteller, epassporte, through eft, with no intention of covering the deposit)
and dumpingn it to legit player, whom than cashes it out for him.
I find it hard to believe that you coudn"t find the tranfer option.
How did you friend deposit the funds?
Did he loose his whole roll to you?
