This issue was visited once before by UB (if anyone remembers that far back). That time, they removed the abilitiy to see a hand history for any hand where YOUR player ID wasn't dealt cards. That solution actually more accurately addresses the issue of getting back-history on a player. This one, honestly, probably has more to do with demand on their servers ... but that's just a guess.
Don't treat the e-mail responses as gospel though. The person sending it is just a customer service rep who most likely has no direct information on what the programmers did, intended to do, or are planning to do. FWI, the last time this happened, UB reverted back to the 'old way' of delivering all hand histories, and just obscurring mucked cards when you weren't personnally involved in the hand. |

Or, we could just all start e-Mailing UB customer service and ask them to send hand histories for all hands played every day. That will still impact their servers, but maybe UB will restore this as a "self-service" option.
Of course, it won't apply to hands in which you were not involved, but maybe UB will get the message when staff time is being drained. :-) |

Any news on how to mine or how to ensure all the hands I play are imported into PT?
Also any way to stop the HH window diverting attention from what I am typing etc? |
