if you call, I doubt hes firing river again for 1/2 pot on a bluff.

It implies that calling sucks. I believe it does, for the reasons I said earlier.

im not sure thats the case.

lots of draws out there and he is getting great odds on an allin bluff. if he has something like 89 or missed clubs he will almost assuredly shove river.

basically what i'm saying is that we have tptk on a semibluff-heavy board heads up and i think that folding it is complete balls w/o a very strict knowledge of the opponent.
