This mostly blues and jazz ska CD is worth getting for the lead vocalist alone. Aside from her, mellow blues with a twist fans will love this offering from The Robustos.

A dub reggae song on the rocksteady side, “Lloyd's Choice,” starts off *the new authentic*, almost fooling the listener into thinking the CD will be mostly reggae. Tonya Abernathy, with a powerful, soulful voice that reminds me of the Checkered Cab’s frontperson, Caz, lets the listener know what they are in for whlie fronting the next song, “My Heart & Soul.” Abernathy fronts most of the of the tunes on *the new authentic* and does a superb job. She “makes” the band by speaking directly to the listener’s gut and heart simultaneously.

The Robustos’ third offering, “Don’t Be Down,” is modern, tradition ska at it’s best. While listening to it you can imagine yourself at a shebeen in the early 60s skanking to “the new soul music sweeping though Jamaica.”

“I Heard it Though the Grapevine” is a version of the classic hit using the oft ignored

second-and-third-beat-of-a-measure ska with great success. Several textbooks mention this form of ska, but few songs demonstrate its power like The Robustos’ version of “I Heard it Though the Grapevine.”

“Foolin Me” returns to traditional ska with an upbeat tune that makes you want to get up and dance. “Creepin Around” follows “Foolin Me” with a sound that makes you want to get funky while keeping to the traditional ska beat. “Creepin Around” is not fronted by Abernathy, but is still a good song.

“No Strangers Here” brings Abernathy back to the front with a solid offering with a deep set of lyrics. “King of Thieves” gives a New Orleans sound to The Robustos’ traditional ska sound.

“Lullaby Of Birdland” is a good tune, but I found myself missing Abernathy until she came in deep into the song. “Lullaby Of Birdland” is mostly instrumental, invoking a jazz ska sound that was popular in the late 80s.

“Purse String Blues” is a Chicago blues song that melds the ska beat so seamlessly, one can understand how Jamaicans came up with ska after listening to blues and rhythm and blues from the U.S.

“Brumby St.” sounds like they took a nice jazz ska song and asked Buster Bloodvessel to toast over it (it’s not Buster, by the way). Now, I like Buster’s music a lot, but this combination doesn’t work very well.

Rounding out *the new authentic* is “The Train Song.” Someone once said that no blues album is complete without a train song. That may or may not be the case, but either way, “The Train Song” doesn’t do the job very well. The lyrics are fine, but the tune is uninspiring and just barely train-like.

For some reason I can import full tilt HH from HU cash and multis but they don't import for 6 max is anyone here good at tracker.

What do you mean by they don't import? You get an error message? Or you just can't find them?

FT stats will show up the same as Stars...ie, NL ($4) or whatever that label is. So, if you are using aliases, your stats from FT and Stars will merge together.

When I try to import them it says Import finished-16 File(s_ read- 0 New hands were imported. But then when I look there are only 2 hands that get imported which makes it really weird because 2 got in some how.

Also I want to watch a movie tonight can someone recommend me a good movie I don't really want to watch anything that serious sort of the type of movie I can 1/2 pay attention to. Anyways I have an unmentionable thing set up at my school so I can watch pretty much anything.
