Default Router with both Mac and Windows

I haven't posted in this forum before. I think this is the right place, but someone point me in the right direction or move this is it isn't.

Basically, I have AT&T/Yahoo DSL with a Linksys WRT54G router. I have a desktop (wired) and a laptop (wireless) - both windows - that have been hooked up and running smoothly for several months with no issues whatsoever. A couple days ago I got an iBook G4. Whenever I try to access the wireless with it, the whole system goes down. I can't even get online with my wired desktop. I've been on the phone with linksys support and AT&T support several times with no resolution. I've updated firmware, but and I always get all three systems online, but for some reason the network goes down again about 15 minutes later every time. Anyone have any similar experiences? Solutions? Do I just need to get a different router...suggestions?

Not sure if this will work for you but I used this to help a friend connect his G4 to his Linksys router.
