what to punch while tilting

i need something to hit when go on tilt. just one or two punches and im fine. in the past i've punched my desk, but im already on my second desk because i punched numerous holes in the first one and have already put a minor, hardly-noticable crack in the second one. my bed and pillows dont work because they're too soft. a large boxing style punching bag would be good, but there's no room for that in my apartment.

anyone have any ideas?

the dorm where i live has a big thick doorframe made out of metal. i punched it like a week ago and the knuckles on my right hand are still noticeably swollen compared to my left. so yeah, don't do that.

the thing with pillows, bed, couch is that they're too soft and have too much give and i usually end up straining some muscle in my arm. i need something hard, but with some give. my desk isnt solid and has some give to it so it doesnt hurt when i hit it.
