Default calling a very small bet on river with only ace high, is it a leak?

This kind of hands come up quite often and I am not sure what to do on the river, is it a long term loosing call at $100NL level?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $4.5</font>, 3 folds, UTG calls.

if it is it's close and the value is worth it, IMO, also keeps them honest, etc. but dont get too used to it.

This is fine. You're good here at least 20% of the time anyway.

He can have so many busted draws here.
