Default This is why we lost eCheck and ACH

Ok people here is some good information. The reason why you can't use eChecks at places like VIP, and FTP, Stars, and BoDog, is because of the recent arrests.

The NACHA who is the governing body around ACH/EFT transactions. Remember, an ACH is a U.S. based product which allows the movement of money from one checking account to another within a few days. This became huge in this indsutry as a deposit and payout option for us!

Well right after the NETeller people were arrested, the NACHA put out this bulliten to ALL the ACH providers.

http://www.nacha.org/ACH_Rules/2007%20bulletin%201.pdf

Thus, all the ACH providers had to go and tell Citadel, NETeller, Nexum, ATMOnline, etc, that they could no longer process for them. Basically they got fired because the NACHA told them they could not do business with them anymore. That is why ACH/EFT is gone. There is no way to move the money anymore....and it sucks!!!!!

So I don't want you to think these payment processors are dropping because they WANT to, they have no other choice because no ACH provider will move the money for them!

Cheers!

Thanks nut, this has actually been posted a few times though. Have you heard anything else, I think I remember you saying you have a contact at BoDog and possibly somewhere else?

Yeah they say they got NuCharge going, but my contacts have all told me they are thinking of work arounds to continue to process ACH's. We'll see. They say they might unvail something in the next few weeks but too early to tell. I don't want to speculate....

Okay. Then how come a site like Click2pay isn't dropping out immediately (did they miss the memo or something?) Yeah...were putting covers sheets on all our TPS reports.

Haha like the Office Space quote.

I am not sure what is up with C2P. I know they are having issues right now so who knows how long they will stick around. Maybe the ACH company they use hasn't gotten the memo, or doesnt know these are gambing-related transactions. Only time will tell!!

Maybe because they are much smaller, they are falling under the radar right now. Once they gain a little momentum, they will be noticed.

For the record, this disgusts me. No laws, no court cases, just intimidation tactics and BAM all our money is frozen with no way for it to get back to us or the US. Idiots.

I'm getting a much better insight into why so many other countries hate us. We're shakedown artists.
