Honestly:What are the dates and status of your Neteller withdrawals?

I've read all the posts on this forum, and no one from the 15th and onward in the USA has had their withdrawals reach their bank.

untrue i think, adanthar has reported success on withdrawals made the 17th i believe (I am assuming he is US, but might not be). other than that though i agree with you.

Took this from the FAQ at www.updates.neteller.com --- is this new or was that already there? I don't remember.


Does this change affect withdrawals with NETELLER?

At this time, our ability to provide US members with withdrawals is significantly reduced due to circumstances outside of our control. We are working to resolve all withdrawal issues, but in the meantime we continue to maintain these funds in trust on your behalf until we can clear the backlog.

I had the same thing on my account (Canadian also). I e-mailed them about it and status changed in a couple days (maybe as a result of e-mail, maybe not). Don't worry.

Just got off the phone w/ a CSR. Didn't get a very clear answer as to why the EFTs were canceled and about 75% of his time was spent telling me that the Neteller card was the way to go. When asked if I could just repost them as EFTs he said they'd probably just get declined again. Soooooo...

After 4 hours on live chat and phone, I just got information from neteller senior staff that no EFTs from neteller acounts in US$ can be processed at the moment. This also goes for non-American customers with accounts in USD.

They claim that the banks will not process EFTs in USD from them. I have a hard time seeing how this can be true concidering Neteller is not regulated by US authorities, and the money will go to a European bank.

All European customers with accounts in $ have to create a new account in a different currency, with a new email and all, then transfer their funds to the new neteller account, before any cash outs to bank accounts can be made.

With netellers conversion rates this will cost European players a lot of money.

I transfered my total balance to Stars and will take it from there
