Re: I tried for 2 days to supress my anger, but I can\'t . . . .
I feel the same way. I've been sort of in constant motion, following the news, moving money off sites, onto others. Now that i'm having time to reflect, i'm just getting more and more p.o.'ed. I can't believe a bunch republicans on the take, pandering to the bible beaters, have made a serious attack on my livelihood.

This lady explains it for you quite well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nb1pzayqPaI [/ QUOTE ] This isn't the first time legislation has been back-doored. In 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was passed while those opposed were on vacation. This Act transferred the monetary system from Congress to a private corporation. Back on topic, I just want to point out that it doesn't matter who is in public power or what party or what ideology--they are just puppets. The real power in this country has been the players in the background. For many years it was people like the Rockefellers and other wealthy families. Now it is the multinational corporations. Same game and mostly the same players (or descendants) plus some new money players joining every so often as technology changes and a few get some big $$. It has been said that voting is the suggestion box for (de facto) slaves. I don't know the exact figure, but perhaps 90% of the wealth is owned/controlled by 10% of the population. Do you think your vote will matter when the puppets get paid to do the bidding for the MNC's? I'm not just talking about internet gaming. I am referring to the big picture. This country has been becoming more and more similar to certain european countries of the 1930's for quite awhile now. Some of few have pointed out that this phenomenon was better hidden in the past. Why? Because with technology and the control power in brings (that 1930's dictators could only dream about) there is no reason to hide the nazi and fascist elements being inserted into our country. When the white house occupant says out loud that he wants to be a dictator and may or may not follow the laws, we have a problem... |

Wow, how did I miss this thread the first time around.
OP, you will learn one day that the truth often lies somewhere in the middle, nothing is black and white. Your views are just shaped by the other sides propoganda. |
