Re: NL100: Weird hand against calling station
Call hoping to trap him on river when diamond hits and I donkbet large. If diamond doesnt come i just call down, most likely chop, I cant fold this.

Re: NL100: Weird hand against calling station
My thoughts: I'm only loosing to J8, so most of the time I'm ahead or freerolling. I thought that the shoving is too much of an overbet and could possibly fold sets, so I made reraise to $45. Is that ok?

Re: NL100: Weird hand against calling station
Looking back, I also like shoving now, because my raise size leaves me to awkward situation on the river because of the pot/stack sizes if he just calls and board pairs.
Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($9, 2 players) Hero bets $7, Button raises to $14, Hero raises to $47, Button calls. River: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($103, 2 players) Hero checks, Button is all-in $45.65, Hero pukes and calls . |

Re: NL100: Weird hand against calling station
You are going to call if he bets, so you should just shove yourself.
