What is really needed in pay processing

What is really needed is a payment processor that
complies with all state and Federal law. The courts have
decided that online poker is legal under the Wire Act. So
if a payment processer doesn't do business with players who play in states with laws against online poker, the Feds will not be able to do anything to them.
